Olly Lawrence (they/them)

Olly Lawrence is an emerging non-binary arts professional based in Melbourne. Cutting their teeth from an operational perspective, they brought many productions to fruition as Venue Manager of The Butterfly Club from 2018-2021, and Program Manager of The Motley Bauhaus from 2021-2023. They have experience in everything from festival organisations such as Midsumma Festival and Next Wave Festival - to grass-roots projects such as Fledgling Magazine and .JPG Arts Journal, and are a judge on the Green Room Awards cabaret panel. Olly holds a Bachelor Degree in Cultural studies and Art History from the University of Melbourne (Dean’s Honors), and regularly works as a freelance technical operator, lighting designer, and artisan.

Still within their first 2 years of producing, Olly has been awarded the “One to Watch” award for Producing Anna Piper Scott: Such An Inspiration at Adelaide Fringe 2023, won Melbourne Fringe’s ‘Best Emerging Producer’ 2023 for Le Freak, An Evening With JK and T4T, and recently made their international debut at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

Anna Piper Scott (she/her)

Anna Piper Scott is a Perth-born, Melbourne-based stand-up comedian with over 12 years of experience across Australia. She’s a trans woman of remarkable wit and social insight, a skilled writer and bold performer.

She’s best known for her solo comedy for which she has earned numerous 4 & 5 star reviews, and award nominations and wins. Including being nominated for NextUp’s “Best In Comedy” at Edinburgh Fringe 2023, winning “Best Emerging Writer” at Melbourne Fringe 2022, “Best Weekly Comedy” at both Perth and Adelaide Fringe in 2023, “Best of the Fest” at Fringe at the Edge of the World 2020 and many more. She also made her screen debut in SBS’s Safe Home in 2023, and made her theatrical writing debut with An Evening With JK.

She was featured in Joanne Brookfield’s book No Apologies with the likes of Wendy Harmer, Denise Scott, Geraldine Hickey, Felicity Ward and Fiona O’Loughlin. She’s also shared the stage with comedy greats such as Wil Anderson, Judith Lucy and Cal Wilson.
